– Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance, unless agreed otherwise. The agreed payment is due before the session commences.
– Once a session is booked and paid for, there are no refunds, unless in exceptional cases, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
2. **Disclaimer – No Guarantee of Results:**
– While we strive to provide the best possible service, the results of hypnotherapy and alternative healing sessions vary from person to person. We make no guarantees regarding the effectiveness of the therapy.
– By using our services, you acknowledge that the duration and outcome of therapy cannot be precisely predicted or guaranteed.
3. **Client Responsibility:**
– It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection for online sessions if session is booked online not in person.
– You understand that the healing process requires active participation, openness, and a willingness to change. Your commitment to the process significantly influences the outcome.
4. **Waiver of Legal Claims:**
– By accepting these terms, you waive all rights to sue Mental Freedom Clinical Hypnotherapy in any matter related to the services provided. This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with the service, therapy outcomes, or session duration.
5. **Confidentiality and Data Usage:**
– Your privacy is important to us. We will maintain confidentiality regarding all information shared during sessions, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
6. **Session Cancelations and Rescheduling:**
– If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged in full.
