Non-Behavior-Related Therapy Non-Behavioral Therapy (Talk Therapy):The goal is often to gain insight into one’s emotions and thought processes, understand the root causes of issues, and promote personal growth and self-awareness, to understanding and modifying unhealthy behaviors and patterns. some of the conditions are Insomnia and Sleep Disorders, Confidence and Self-Esteem Building 

Behavior Therapy ; including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), focuses on observable behaviors and aims to modify or change these behaviors.CBT is a form of psychotherapy that combines behavioral and cognitive approaches. It addresses observable behaviors as well as the underlying thought patterns that contribute to psychological distress. This integration makes CBT a versatile and effective therapeutic approach for a range of mental health issues. some of the conditions are ; Anxiety and Panic Attack, Phobia and Fear, Habit Control, Weight Management and Trauma and PTSD Support

i would like to give you a life example of one of my clients after her approval to tell the story. the sory as follow;  Alex a nice kid who sometimes feels worried for no reason. i explain to Alex about “Monster Thoughts” – these are like little bugs in the brain that make you feel yucky. With the help of Alex Parents as well , Alex started catching those thoughts, like “I’m not good enough,” and talked back to them, saying, “I may not be perfect, but I’m trying my best!” As Alex did this, the Monster Thoughts slowed down and even stopped. Alex realized that by changing how those thoughts danced around, they could feel better and less worried. This is a bit like what happens in CBT, where you learn to challenge and change thoughts that make you feel yuck,
