Welcome to the Breathing Coach

Structured breathing can calm the nervous system, reduce stress, sharpen focus, and improve sleep and heart-rate variability. Practice daily for 1–3 minutes to reset, be present, and regulate energy.

How to use

  • Default protocol: Coherence 5-0-5-0. Session: 1 minute (max 3 minutes).
  • Press Start and follow the cues: Inhale → Hold → Exhale → Hold.
  • The orb grows on inhale, shrinks on exhale, and gently pulses during holds.
  • Timer auto-stops at the end of a complete breath.
