Can I get “stuck” in hypnosis? No. Hypnosis is a cooperative process; you can open your eyes or stop at any point.

Does it work for everyone? Responsiveness varies, but a good fit of method to goal—and consistent practice—improves results.

Hypnosis is educational and skill-building. It’s not a medical diagnosis or emergency treatment.
